Key Role Responsibilities:
• Directly perform or mentor team members to ensure flawless execution of all market research projects from design methodology to delivery report.
• Manage all aspects of running complex research projects.
• Collaborate with various departments (e.g. research, operations, freelancers, ...) to implement project management practice across all projects.
• Ensure job profitability is achieved to meet the business expectations and instill this in the project team.
• Managing the operations seamlessly, ensuring timely project delivery along with maintaining high level of employee and client satisfaction.
• To ensure team members achieve agreed standards in relation to their job assignments.
• To ensure training of new staff on the corporate policy rules to be adhered to.
• Build strong partnership with the client by growing and nurturing the existing relationships to ensure operational cohesion & effective foundation for future growth.
• Identify and drive continuous improvements and initiatives in process.
• To be the Key contact for all problems and queries with specific business assigned.
• Closely guide and coach a project team in their daily activities by providing business context, setting performance goals and actively implement plans for career development.
Key Competencies:
• At least 4 years of professional experience in market research & at least 02 years of senior management experience (Manager level).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills which can be applied in a commercial context with a keen interest in analyzing data to provide recommendations and insight.
• Professional and courteous in manner, dedicated to providing a good level of service and motivated to find solutions for problems.
• Articulate and credible written and verbal communication skills, including good presentation skills.
• Able to cope well with time pressure and make decisions under complex and fast paced circumstances
• Be able to work optimally in a team environment
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and quality orientation.
• Corporate and process mind.
