Job description

    Key Role Responsibilities:

    Accounting & Finance:
    • Manage and execute daily accounting operations:
      o Record transactions related to revenue, expenses, payables, and receivables.
      o Monitor cash flow and prepare periodic financial reports.
    • Manage accounts receivable and payable:
      o Track, reconcile, and follow up on client payments.
      o Liaise with clients/partners regarding invoices and payment documentation.
    • Invoice management:
      o Prepare and issue electronic invoices.
      o Ensure the accuracy and validity of all accounting documents.
    • Prepare accounting documentation:
      o Coordinate with Chief Accountant/external accounting service providers for tax filings (VAT, PIT, CIT).
      o Prepare documents for audits and tax finalization.
    • Cost control:
      o Monitor project budgets and expenses.
      o Review and validate internal expenses.
    Administration & Operations:
    • Manage general administrative functions:
      o Maintain contracts, legal documents, and company records.
      o Draft official letters, internal announcements, and basic contracts.
    • Vendor management:
      o Coordinate with suppliers (printing, logistics, fieldwork, etc.).
      o Monitor contracts and payment processes.
    • Support project operation:
      o Prepare payment documentation for projects.
      o Assist with logistics (venue booking, travel arrangements, materials preparation).
    • Office management:
      o Track and manage company assets and office supplies.
      o Conduct periodic inventory checks.
    HR Administration Support:
    • Support HR administrative processes:
      o Prepare labor contracts, onboarding and offboarding documentation.
      o Assist with timesheets and basic payroll coordination.
    • Maintain employee records and documentation

    Key Competencies:
    Technical Competencies:
    • Solid understanding of accounting principles and Vietnamese tax regulations
    • Strong attention to detail in handling financial data and documentation
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Experience with accounting software (e.g., MISA, Fast) is an advantage
    Operational Skills:
    • Strong organizational and task management skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
    • Strong coordination skills across departments

    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or a related field
    • Experience: At least 2 years’ experience (able to work independently)
    • Preferred:
    o Experience in service-based companies (agency, research, consulting).
    o Familiarity with project-based cost management.
